Artificial Intelligence applied to real business problems.

No hype. I use AI when it solves a concrete problem for your business — and I'll tell you when it isn't the right answer, even if that means not selling you any AI at all.

When not to use AI

This is the most important section on this page. If a simple rule or a traditional integration solves the problem better, that will be my recommendation. AI adds cost, complexity and sometimes uncertainty — it only makes sense when the problem genuinely calls for it.

Real use cases

  • Assistants
  • Intelligent search
  • Content or request classification
  • Content or document generation
  • Automating repetitive tasks
  • Agents
  • Customer support
  • Data analysis
  • Integration into existing systems

How I approach it

I always start with the process, not the technology: what repetitive decision, slow search, or manual task are you solving today with human effort. AI enters the design only if it genuinely improves that specific point.

Integration with existing systems

AI rarely works in isolation — it needs data from your CRM, website, documentation or current processes to be useful. I integrate these solutions directly into your systems instead of leaving them as a standalone tool nobody ends up using.

Examples

SmartClub360 incorporates AI at specific points in the product — not as a sales pitch, but as functionality that solves a real problem inside the platform.

Frequently asked questions

Do you always recommend using AI?

No. If a simpler solution works better, I'll tell you directly. AI isn't the goal — it's just one more tool.

Do I need my data organised before we start?

It helps, but it's not required. Part of my job is evaluating what data exists and what needs to be prepared.

Can I start with a small use case?

Yes, that's the recommended approach. Starting with a concrete, well-defined problem reduces risk and lets us validate real value before scaling up.

Have a use case where AI could genuinely help?

Tell me about the problem. We'll look together at whether AI is the right solution — and if it isn't, I'll tell you that too.
